This was taken during a coverage for Brooke’s Hospital for Equines in Haldwani, Uttrakhund, India. The community here is excavation of stones from the dry mountain river bed. I had to look around for mules and donkeys that had wounds, etc. I found this one quite a tough one for its owners who tried to fix it to the cart. I had shot some more how it gave a chase from spot to another. But this looks quite a catch for me.
